The apartment was as described. Perfect for the 2.5 week stay I had. Location is right off the freeway and close to tons of restaurants. It was a quiet complex. Hardly heard a peep from the neighbors. It also felt safe. If you are there long enough to do laundry, you have to pay using an app. I recommend figuring all that out before you are ready actually ready to start. The host was super responsive, usually within just a few minutes and was very informative and helpful. I may have to return to the area soon and will most likely book this spot again.

We felt right at home in this charming condo! It was clean and tidy with modern decor. We appreciated having a full size kitchen, a spacious bathroom and shower, and washer and dryer in the unit. Also, having access to the parking garage was a plus. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

We stayed at 1716 Lofts for a recent work trip to the Bay Area and were very happy with our experience. We previously spent time in Walnut Creek and loved it, so we were excited to stay here again. The location is excellent—close to downtown and within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. Being near the Life Time Athletic center was also a big plus for us. Access was easy using the exterior lockbox, and having a secure parking garage was a huge benefit since we rented a high-end vehicle. The unit was exactly as described, very clean, and well maintained. Ours was on the top floor, which made the space feel open and comfortable. Minor notes: the bathroom soaps were partially filled, and the patio faced the interior hallway, but neither impacted our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Alphe’s place was perfect for our 2 week stay. Both kings beds were very comfortable and the place was spacious and modern. The location was absolutely perfect and everything was in walking distance from downtown. Target is just up the street and there are delicious restaurants and great shops nearby. The rooftop was a great touch with a beautiful hot tub and a bbq. The kitchen had everything you’d need to cook and we felt right at home. Alphe is great with communication and the clarity of the instructions made it easy to navigate. 100/10! I’d rebook immediately ◡̈

We really enjoyed our stay, but I’ll start with the one thing that could be improved. The bedroom has blinds, but no blackout curtains, so the room gets very bright early in the morning. This might be perfect for travelers who like to wake up with the sun, but for us, it meant earlier mornings than we’re used to. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. My husband and I had a great experience at this apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, especially considering how many units are in the building. The apartment was spacious enough for both of us to work comfortably, and the internet was excellent for remote work. The kitchen had all the amenities and full-size appliances we needed. The bed was amazing, not too soft, not too firm, with very soft sheets. Having two large TVs made it incredibly comfortable to relax. The location was close to everything, and the free parking was extremely convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return!

We are a return customer and know exactly what to expect. The indoor parking is very important to us. Check in is easy and very smooth. The unit has all we need. TV service and cable are convenient. We like the access to downtown shopping and restaurants. Alphe is a helpful and responsive host. Highly recommend this location and will stay here again.

Alphe's place was great. Quiet, room and King sized beds. Response time for any questions was always very quick. Walnut Creek is a great place to stay and this is a walkable location to restaurants. We visit family in the area twice a year and this will be our go to location.

Great location; Just a 5min walk to downtime and 2 minute drive to freeway (without freeway noise). The furnishing was good, fairly new, not worn out. The king bed is great, not too soft, not too hard, just right. And the kitchen is very well equipped. I would have expected some noise from other apartments. But there was none. All the right things for a longer stay. We stayed for a week. Finally, Alphe was a responsive host and made sure that we had everything we needed.

I’ve stayed in 3 units in this particular building and each one is impeccably clean, delightfully furnished and with an unbeatable location. Whenever I’m in the Walnut Creek any of these are my go to stays. Alphe is very responsive and provides clear instructions.
