Other details to note: EV Charging: The building has “shared” common EV charge stalls. Guests are welcome to charge their vehicles in these spots temporarily (4-hour max), and after charging, move to their designated parking space. NOTE: The outlet is a NEMA 6-50 (50A) 3-prong type so please be prepared with your own adaptor as needed. HOT TUB USE: The Hot Tub is available for our Guest use. Hours 10am-10pm. I’ve stayed in 3 units in this particular building and each one is impeccably clean, delightfully furnished and with an unbeatable location. Whenever I’m in the Walnut Creek any of these are my go to stays. Alphe is very responsive and provides clear instructions.

This was my second time staying in the 1716 Lofts. The location is right on the edge of downtown Walnut Creek and is fantastic. The apartment was clean. The parking was convenient. I had no issues and expect to book multiple stays in the future.

We have stayed with Advanstay may times and are very satiated with the accommodations. We always look first for this location as it is central to Walnut Creek. The apartment is in a great location and walkable to downtown and many restaurants (very convenient). Also, very happy with the secured parking garage. The apartment was clean as advertised and looked like the pictures. Kitchen had everything you would need. Alphe was super helpful and proactive in providing clear and concise instructions. Check-in was simple with no issues. Alphe was very pleasant to deal with and helped out with the TV service. All in all, I would recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again. The property was spotless and very comfortable. The rooftop area is a great place to lounge and enjoy the hot tub. Location couldn’t be better, short walk to all of the my great shops, restaurants, and cafes in downtown Walnut Creek. Host was very responsive and helpful.
