Guests have exclusive use of their reserved furnished apartment as well as assigned indoor parking. Guests have shared access to all common areas of the Building. The building is fully accessible, with elevator service and no steps to access the apartment. See the "Other Details to Note" section elsewhere in this listing. Other details to note: EV Charging: The building has “shared” common EV charge stalls. Guests are welcome to charge their vehicles in these spots temporarily (4-hour max), and after charging, move to their designated parking space. NOTE: The outlet is a NEMA 6-50 (50A) 3-prong type so please be prepared with your own adaptor as needed. HOT TUB USE: The Hot Tub is available for our Guest use. Hours 10am-10pm. Compliance with Building Management Rules and Advanstay House Rules outlined in the listing and/or Guest Agreement.
