***HOT TUB USE AND STATUS***

The Hot Tub is available for our Guest use with restrictions set out below, and within Advanstay House Rules outlined in the listing and/or Guest Agreement.

The Rules apply to ALL communal areas of the property including the Roof Terrace and Garden Courtyard.

***Quiet Hours are strictly enforced at 10PM.***

HOT TUB UPDATE July 2021 (subject to change):

Your cooperation in following the terms outline will allow us to operate the hot tub in a safe environment for everyone.

In compliance with Contra Costa Health Services Guidelines, our outdoor hot tub is allowed to open subject to the following terms:

1. Guests may use the Hot Tub on a first-come, first-serve basis.

2. Face covering is mandatory in public areas except while in the hot tub.

3. The Building Manager asked Guests to utilize the Hot Tub one Guest or Guest family at a time. NOTE: There is NO calendar or reservation system currently in place. (subject to change)

4. Avoid entering the facility if any person has COVID-19 symptoms.

✔ Pets: NOT allowed in this unit. Please inquire about our "pet-friendly" units.

For our Guests with physical & ambulatory limitations, our building is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible.


Background Check:
•Guest grants permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify guest identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

***Security Note***

For Guest and Resident safety there is video monitoring in building common areas. The apartment does use a smart video doorbell to monitor the public hallway.

To eliminate any neighbor complaints, there is a noise monitoring device within the apartment, which only measures sound levels. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Guest communication is primarily through the message center. Our team is also available via phone or text.
